Kindly note the following before placing your order:
Confirmation: You'll need to confirm your custom order by signing a buyout letter that acknowledges that this is a custom order.
Payment & Timeline: As this garment is custom-made specifically for you, an upfront payment will be required before production begins. As per our terms and conditions, a custom order will incur a waiting period for manufacturing, as well as distribution either to your nearest Jonsson Workwear store or directly to you. As such, the delivery date will be extended and will be communicated to you as soon as possible once your order is placed.
No Returns or Exchanges: Because your garment is custom-made, all purchases are final. Once your order is complete, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
