Jonsson Workwear and the Lions Rugby company have extended their journey up to June 2024.

As a brand leader in the workwear & apparel industry, and as a long-standing partner to the Lions family, Jonsson Workwear’s extended sponsorship of the Lions echoes the brand’s essence and belief in undying resilience and peak performance.

Chairman & CEO of Jonsson Workwear, Nick Jonsson said, “Our brands share the same values; hard-work, commitment, and tenacity, and we’ve used these values as the foundation for continuous peak performance. We’ve backed the Lions since 2014 and we are proud of how this partnership has evolved. We look forward to another rewarding year.”

With being the associate sponsor to the LRC teams, the workwear provider’s logo will feature prominently on the back of the sport’s jersey, above the number for both the United Rugby Championship and Currie Cup teams.

Jonsson Workwear will also continue to gain extensive brand exposure at the team’s Ellis Park Stadium in Johannesburg, as well as being the exclusive workwear supplier to all Golden Lions staff and players.
